WHAT IS AN ONLINE AESTHETIC CONSULTATION?

It is like a face-to-face initial aesthetic consultation, but it is held online via the internet. You can read about the initial consultation by clicking here.

HOW TO BOOK AN ONLINE AESTHETIC CONSULTATION?

If you wish to book an online aesthetic consultation with Dr Bela please follow the steps below. 

Before executing, please read the whole page to have a sense of the process.

STEP 1 DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE

Please download the Facial Interest Questionnaire. 

Fill it out and save it on your computer with your name as the title.

STEP 2 BOOKING A CONSULTATION

Please write an email to info@drbela.clinic that you wish to book an aesthetic consultation.

​

In this email answer the following questions:

- Personal information: name, mobile number and PO code

- What are the three main areas on your face that you would like to improve (in order of importance)

- Attach the completed Facial Interest Questionnaire

- When would be an ideal time for you for the call (preferably during daytime in a proximity of a window with good natural light).

STEP 3 GIVING CONSENT

Please copy and send the Online Facial Aesthetic Consultation Consent Form below in a separate email with a subject line “Online Facial Aesthetic Consultation Consent Form” to info@drbela.clinic with your signature (name).

I consent to Dr Bela to conduct an online aesthetic consultation upon my request in order to gain information on possible future aesthetic treatments, its benefits, potential risks and contraindications. I understand that the aim of the consultation is giving me comprehensive information on possible treatment options which allows me to make an informed decision whether to proceed with treatments in the future or not.

I confirm that I will answer all questions regarding my medical history (medical conditions, allergies, previous procedures) truthfully. I understand the consultation is confidential and it will not be recorded unless I request it otherwise in writing. I agree to have my personal data - name, date of birth, mobile number and email address  - as well as medical records, photographs and consultation notes - entered and managed in the clinic database, in compliance with the appropriate data protection laws and regulations.

Dr Bela will confirm the receipt of your emails, suggest some possible dates and times and then you can go to STEP 4.

STEP 4 TAKING PICTURES

Please have someone to take the following images of your face and send it to Dr Bela via Wetransfer.com (or email, but that is not as secure) to info@drbela.clinic

- Front (in rest, with smile, frown and surprised look) - 4 pictures

- Oblique 45 degree left and right - 2 pictures

- From side left and right - 2 pictures

STEP 5 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

The consultation happens via the internet, which means the following:

- We need a broad bandwidth (usually not an issue. Min. 5Mbps up and down. Check your speed with Speedtest.net). Internet connection on cable is superior over Wifi.

- Good enough laptop or PC (mobile phone is not ideal). If phone, it should be on a stand.

- Good camera (built in or external)

- The built in microphone of any device is good enough

- The speed can slow down - there might be delays in transmission - or break up completely. If we lose contact Dr Bela will give you a call on mobile to discuss further steps.

Further recommendations for the consultation:

- Good lighting from the front (preferably natural and not direct). Additional lighting if needed.

- Preferably a light background

- No makeup during consultation

- Wearing a headband during consultation

- Position yourself in a distance when your head takes an app. 80% of the screen and illuminated without dark shadows.

- Hand hold mirror on the side if needed

- Notepad for questions and notes

STEP 6 CONNECTION DETAILS

We are going to use the ZOOM platform for the call.

You can click on the link and go through the process before the call, so it will go smoothly when the time comes.

NO SHOW: after 10 minutes of the agreed time the consultation is closed and the fee is not refundable.

STEP 7 THE ONLINE FACIAL AESTHETIC CONSULTATION - 30 min

You click on the link to join the call at the given time.

We are going to follow the schedule below with great flexibility to alter the consultation around your questions and needs.

- understanding you: what are your concerns, what bothers you and what would you like to be improved?

- explaining the ageing process: what happens and what are the signs?

STEP 9 FOLLOWING THE CONSULTATION

STEP 8 CONSULTATION FEE

There is a £50 ($60) consultation fee payable prior the consultation. This fee can be redeemed from your treatment charge with Dr Bela within 3 months following the consultation.
