* A medical opinion based on images only sometimes it is not as valid as a full face-to-face medical assessment.

* Based on my experiences, a suspicious lesion is sometimes not the one which might be problematic. So if you have an irregularly shaped, multi coloured lesion on your skin that should be considered suspicious too.

* Due to the current overload of the NHS and closed private practices, removal of these suspicious lesions can take a while. I will let you know in my reply how urgent I think a removal might be if I recommend it.
